The profession of tourist animator is considered by many to be the best job in the world because it is fun, it makes travel around the world in places of incredible beauty, makes make lots of friends, it is dynamic and never repetitive, it is stimulating, it’s a team job and the environment is young and cheerful. It is a job of welcoming and entertaining tourists in hotels, resorts and campings.
The tourist entertainer is always provided with food, accommodation and salary and, in the case of transfers abroad, flight tickets to go to work.

It is sometimes tiring work, but it gives great satisfaction and benefits. There are many different roles in tourist entertainment, suitable for all personalities and abilities: children, fitness, sports, public relations, dance, theater, music, hospitality and the technical sector. There is an internal career that goes from apprentice to manager and then continues in managerial or artistic qualifications. Anyone who says that it is not a serious job or that it is just a chore to do in the summer when you are young, is wrong! But perhaps he never met us.

JOB INTERVIEW
After the telephone evaluation you will be invited to the job interview, which is called ProLab. The ProLab is a three-day internship that can be online or live, together with the other candidates, where you will be evaluated and placed in your ideal role to guarantee you the best possible work experience. If you are at the first experience, the ProLab is also a basic training
WORK PROPOSAL
Having successfully passed the ProLab, you will be contacted for the job offer and the employment contract for the period of time indicated by you, with all the information for departure. At this point you just have to organize yourself, pack your bags and go to work on the appointed day!
